FAQ: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Typically, our processing & shipping time combined is 10 business days.


FAQ: Can I receive a refund?
A: No refunds will be given unless merchandise is lost or stolen in shipment.


FAQ: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: We allow order cancellations/ changes up to 24 hours after an order has been place. After that allotted time, cancellations/ changes will not be accepted. To cancel an order, please email MessiahsMisfitsCustomerService@gmail.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for responses.


FAQ: How can I check the status of my order?
A: We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email.

 

Misfit of the Month: We pride ourselves on individuality and uniqueness in the body of Christ and we would love to showcase you! Every month we will select a misfit to be posted on our social media. This includes a picture of you in your Messiah’s Misfit merchandise, a 1-3 minute video of your testimony and any music, artwork or ministry that describes your style!
